Please allow at least 30 minutes per 100 items for drop off this season. In order to maintain high standards of quality merchandise, all items will be inspected.1. You will need to bring your items from your car to the inspection tables. Please have your items sorted by gender and size. Group them with rubber bands (i.e., boys size 2T together, girls size 5 together). You will need to assist volunteers in putting your merchandise in the designated areas once they are inspected.2. You will be asked to check in at the check-in table and fill out a waiver, donation form and address an envelope to mail your check. Checks will be mailed within two weeks and we will deduct the 30%-35% fee and $10 consignor fee from your check. Volunteers will also check in to receive their presale passes.
3. Please double check all tags for accuracy. We will not be responsible for mistagged or mispriced items or items without tags. These are your items and ultimately your money, please follow pricing guidelines completely!4. All items are inspected to make sure they meet JBF's high standards.
Pick-up: Monday, September 20th 5:00pm to 8:00pm **NO EXCEPTIONS**Please check your email or the Overland Park JBF Facebook page to see if there are any changes to the pick up times. We will announce any changes by 1:00pm on Monday, September 20th.
Your pick-up time is determined by your consignor number. Please pick up during your scheduled time or during Open Pick-Up.
#1 to #3000: 5:00pm #3001 to # 4500: 5:30pm #4501 to # 6000: 6:00pm #6001 to #7000: 6:30pm #7001 and above: 7:00pm Open Pick-Up: 7:30pmPLEASE READ!!!! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you during your scheduled pick-up time. Instructions for Pick Up: 1. You will be given an instruction form/waiver upon entry. 2. You will want to check each location for your unsold items. 3. Your items will be inspected before you leave to ensure you have only items that belong to you. You will need to turn in your instruction form at this time.Items not picked up between 5:00pm- 8:00pm will be donated to KVC Behavioral Healthcare for KC area foster, adoptive, and welfare children. The donation truck will be loaded at 8:01pm and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We are sorry but we must vacate the building at our scheduled time and it is not possible to take items home with us.
