Please allow at least 30 minutes for drop off this season. In order to maintain high standards of quality merchandise, all items will be inspected.1. You will need to bring your items from your car to the check-in tables. Please have your items sorted by gender and size. Group them with rubber bands (ie., boys size 2T together, girls size 5 together). You will need to assist volunteers in putting your merchandise in the designated areas once they are inspected. 2. Please bring a stamped, self addressed business sized envelope for your check to be mailed to you. Checks will be mailed within two weeks and we will deduct the 30%-35% fee and $10 consignor fee from your check. Please put your consignor number in the BOTTOM LEFT CORNER of the envelope. If you forget an envelope, we will have them to purchase for $1.00.
3. Please double check all tags for accuracy. We will not be responsible for mistagged or mispriced items or items without tags. These are your items and ultimately your money, please follow pricing guidelines completely! 4. Sign a consignor waiver and donation form if you are donating your items.
5. If you are a volunteer/worker, please go to the worker table to pick up all pre-sale passes. Remember volunteers shop FIRST!
Pick-up: Sunday, September 13th 7:00pm-9:00pm **NO EXCEPTIONS**Your pick-up time is determined by your consignor number. Please pick up during your scheduled time or during Open Pick Up.
#1 to #1365: 7:00pm #1366 to # 2175: 7:20pm #2176 to # 2825: 7:40pm #2826 to #4050: 8:00pm #4051 and above: 8:20pm Open Pick Up: 8:40pmPLEASE READ!!!! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you during your scheduled pick-up time. Instructions for Pick Up: 1. You will be given an instruction form/waiver upon entry. 2. You will want to check each location for your unsold items. 3. Your items will be inspected before you leave to ensure you have only items that belong to you. You will need to turn in your instruction form at this time. Items not picked up between 7:00pm- 9:00pm will be donated to a local children's/family charity. The donation truck will be loaded at this time and no entrance will be given to anyone who is late. We are sorry but we must vacate the building at our scheduled time and it is not possible to take items home with us.
