EARN DOUBLE CREDIT for your volunteer time!!
Earn an 8-hour pre-pass for every 4-hour shift you volunteer.

These shifts are more labor intensive. The set-up, security, and break-down shifts are perfect for that special man in your life!  He can earn the pre-sale pass for himself or for you!

Here is a list or our "sweat and muscle"shifts:

Set up racks:
Monday, September 13th from 9am - 1pm

Security and load large items during the presale:
Wednesday, Sept 15th from 12:00pm-4:00pm 
Wednesday, Sept 15th from 4:00pm-8:00pm
Thursday, Sept 15th from 9:00pm-1:00pm

Break down and loading racks:
Monday, Sept 20th from 9am to 1pm
Monday, Sept 20th from 1pm to 5pm
Monday, Sept 20th from 5:00pm - 9:00pm

Answers to Frequently Asked VOLUNTEER QUESTIONS:
~ Do not worry if you haven't ever volunteered before, we will show you what to do when you arrive. Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your shift for a little training.
~ Volunteers mainly help with greeting & checking out customers, straightening clothes on the racks, and organizing items. It is really quite fun and our volunteers say that it helps them appreciate how the sale runs.
~ Consignors who are volunteering may pick up their presale pass at the information table during consignor drop off .
~ If you are not consigning you may pick up your volunteer pass during consignor drop off times.  Contact us if these times do not work for you.
~ Please bring any food/drink (and a small cooler if desired) that you might need during your shift.
~ Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
~ The volunteer presale is only for those volunteering! Husbands, mothers & friends must earn their own pass to attend the presale.
~ Children are not allowed at the presale before 4pm. Nursing babies may attend if needed.
